Spliting Loging Pw Into 2 Pages

how do I split the login and pw into 2 seperate pages? I have been trying and have made a total mess of it.

can someone explain it to me in plain english...PLEASE with sugar on top

Ok lets see if I can bridge the mental understanding gap here today. ;)

I do not want both the login and the get PW form on the same page. I know I am a pain in the sit upon here, I am not trying to be. :(

1. Remove lost password HTML code from cookie_login/login.html template.
2. Move this code to separate HTML page.
