Alex, I've read that you are very busy and have actually had to turn away business. I'm just curious if you are busy upgrading/preparing aMember for its next release or if your doing custom work?

I don't understand - could you remind me? Which custom work were you asking for, and why (if it was so necessary for your business) you did not hire exterior programmers to do it?

Alex has been a wonderful support with our site and our problems with billing.

Maybe its our fault if he is so busy.
